Getting your marriage license here on Kauai is a very easy process!
First, you complete your marriage license on line (Using the link in the side bar). After completing your marriage license and paying your $65 fee to the State of Hawaii, you can set up your marriage license appointment with one of the conveniently located marriage license agents on Kauai.
You will be issued your marriage license at your marriage license appointment here on island and brining this with you to your ceremony. From there we will take care of everything and legally filing your completed ceremony with the State of Hawaii!
